Job summary

Invited invites you to join a dynamic hospitality team as a Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper. The role focuses on cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of indoor and outdoor club facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks, address immediate cleanliness concerns, and assist in maintenance across various club areas, reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and coordinating with department heads, members,

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in a golf club environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets by vacuuming and spot cleaning; sweep, mop, and polish floors including courts, exercise rooms, lobby, and hallways.
• Dust and wipe furniture, shelves, desks, chandeliers, pictures, and HVAC registers.
• Complete daily assignments to meet club standards and requested expectations.
• Perform or arrange maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, and walls.
• Maintain a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and improvements.
• Communicate with supervisor to coordinate and complete work requests from department heads, members, and guests.
