Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Attendant to upkeep the golf club’s indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high presentation standards. You’ll perform routine maintenance, address repairs, and work with various departments to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years in general facility or golf club maintenance.
• Experience with minor repairs and routine preventive maintenance is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and spaces to meet club standards for safety and appearance.
• Perform or coordinate repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related systems.
• Create and manage a maintenance checklist and schedule for preventive tasks.
• Communicate work requests with supervisors and department heads to prioritize work.
