Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper to keep club facilities clean indoors and outdoors, including restrooms, dining areas, and common spaces. You will follow daily tasks, support maintenance repairs, and uphold high standards for member and guest experiences.

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll manage cleaning duties, coordinate with the team, and participate in preventive maintenance while maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in the golf club environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and sanitation best practices.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces and high-traffic areas; OSHA regulations and building maintenance basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning; sweep, mop, and polish floors including courts, exercise rooms, lobby, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, desks, and fixtures including HVAC registers and artwork.
• Complete daily assignments per club standards; keep areas orderly and free of debris.
• Perform or coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Maintain a maintenance and project checklist for preventive maintenance and improvements.
• Communicate with supervisor to prioritize and complete work requests from members and guests.
