Job summary

Life Time in Fort Worth is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly service.

You will maintain indoor and outdoor cleanliness, stock towels and supplies, and ensure locker rooms are neat and compliant with Life Time's standards. Physical tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 20 lbs are required. This role supports member satisfaction and requires teamwork and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels and ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
