Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Basic math and computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, POS).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reception experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with club needs.
• Collaborate with staff to stay busy and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform routine checks of fitness, tennis and pool areas.
• Support front desk during breaks and coverage.
• Enforce club policies and document issues for supervisor.
