Job summary

Invited invites you to join its hospitality team as a Server Assistant, supporting front-of-house with food and beverage service for members and guests at our upscale clubs. You will help set up, clear tables, and ensure a welcoming, efficient dining experience while upholding club standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior F&B experience, and current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages to members/guests promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area; set up tables and restock supplies.
Learn the menu and daily specials to assist with service.
Greet members/guests with a friendly attitude and provide a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Handle Member/Guest requests and escalate issues as needed.
Complete side work and maintain club standards.
Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines per club policies.
Assist with special events and large parties.
