Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team, ensuring a smooth dining experience for members and guests. You will assist with delivering food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and supporting service tasks throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, previous Food and Beverage service experience, and current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with clear, effective speech.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to members/guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area; set up and restock.
• Gain basic knowledge of the menu and daily specials to assist service.
• Greet members/guests with a friendly attitude and be welcoming.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth dining experience.
• Handle Member/Guest requests and escalate issues when needed.
• Complete side work and uphold club standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety guidelines and club policies; support special events as needed.
