Job summary

Frederick Fox is seeking a Club Controller in Mashpee, Massachusetts to lead the club's accounting department and oversee all financial operations. The role reports to the Corporate Controller and collaborates with the General Manager and Operations Controller to ensure accurate records and compliance with all laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years progressive hospitality accounting experience.
• 7+ years hospitality industry accounting experience.
• Strong management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Protect confidential financial and member information.
• Prepare 1099s and payroll reconciliations; oversee month-end close.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other month-end duties.
• Develop and administer policies to control budgeting, taxes and related activities.
• Coordinate with CPAs for annual reporting and tax filings.
• Manage SeaQuarters Condo Trust accounting including quarterly billing and collections.
• Support Annual Owners Meeting and assist with reporting.
