Job summary

Invited is seeking a bartender to maintain beverage control, ensure accurate pouring, and serve at the bar while keeping the area clean. You will uphold the club’s service standards and deliver a warm, personalized experience to members and guests.

Responsibilities include accurate order execution, professional handling of complaints, and maintaining knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines offered. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety and uniform standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic bar and wine knowledge, including cocktails and wine varietals.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high ethical work standards.
• Comfortable working in indoor and occasional outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B service program.
• Assist with service of food and beverages at the bar for members and guests.
• Know members’ names and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately take and fulfill member and guest orders in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally and recover service when needed.
• Maintain bar area, stocking, cleaning, and ensuring readiness at shift start.
