Job summary

Invited is seeking a Bartender to uphold beverage control and ensure accurate pouring while serving members and guests with a warm, personalized touch. You will keep the bar area clean, stock essentials, and participate in the club’s 3-steps of service to enhance the guest experience.

You will also maintain knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines, assist with food and beverage service, and support teammates to deliver exceptional service consistently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and foodsafety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards.
• Comfortable working in indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
• Basic bar and wine knowledge, including cocktails and wine varietals.
• Ability to properly open a bottle of wine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service per the F&B training program.
• Assist with service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
• Know members’ names and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve complaints professionally and practice service recovery.
• Prepare the bar area for service and stock supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Complete daily assignments and side work to meet club standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, features, and daily specials.
• Ensure liquor items are stocked, poured, and managed responsibly.
• Support team and assist members to deliver the 3-steps of service.
• Attend required daily briefings and tasks.
