• We are hiring immediately for full-time CLUB BARTENDER positions.
• Location: United Club- O'Hare Airport - United Airlines ORDCS Terminal, Chicago, IL 60666. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Shifts include: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Days may vary, including weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Three years of bartending or food service experience required. ServSafe + Bassett certified.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to liquor laws regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, garnishes, glassware, ice, and produce.
• Maintains stock and ensures product quality.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and garnishes drinks; practices portion control.
• Checks IDs for guests.
• Detects guest intoxication; demonstrates liquor law knowledge.
• Handles cash, makes change, verifies charges, and records transactions.
• Secures beverage and food items, deposits, cash.
• Performs cleaning tasks to maintain health standards.
• Arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
