• We are hiring immediately for full-time CLUB BARTENDER positions.
• Location: United Club - O'Hare Airport - United Airlines ORDCS Terminal, Chicago, IL 60666. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Shifts include: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Days may vary, including weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Sets up and stocks the bar with beer, wine, spirits, supplies, and garnishes.
• Maintains quality of perishables and prepares garnishes.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Processes drink orders, mixes drinks, and practices portion control.
• Checks IDs and detects guest intoxication.
• Handles cash, verifies charges, and records transactions.
• Secures beverage and cash assets.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Arranges bottles and glasses attractively; sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
