Job summary

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club in Florida is seeking a personable Bartender to deliver outstanding beverage service within our Food & Beverage department. You will craft cocktails, build rapport with members and guests, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining and social experience.

The role requires a strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to multitask during high-volume service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, club, or upscale environment preferred.
• Food handler/food safety certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to club standards.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, drink offerings, and daily specials.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the bar before and after each shift.
• Monitor bar inventory, requisitions, and proper storage.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
