Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On-Call Club Attendant for our Club Lounge. The role provides food and beverage service to Club Lounge guests, with a focus on anticipating guest needs and adding personalized touches to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a luxury hotel and 1 year in a Food & Beverage outlet, with the ability to balance a tray up to 40 lbs and a valid liquor card. TB clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown, clean & set up table, buffets, & food stations.
• Preparation of condiments and garnish items for the following day.
• Maintain daily hygiene logs and proper food handling.
• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware; keep areas polished.
• Greet guests professionally and serve beverages/food while describing contents.
• Maintain Club Lounge kitchen and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Assist with outlet par levels for daily food & nonalcoholic beverages.

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for On‑Call Club Attendant for our new Club Lounge that made its debut last July! A private haven exclusive to our Club Room guests that provides an idyllic setting to start the day with breakfast, unwind with an afternoon cocktail or indulge in libations as the sun sets over the horizon.

The Club Attendant (non‑tipped) reports to the Club Lounge Management Team and is responsible for providing food & beverage service to all Club Lounge guests. In addition, fulfilling requests accurately by assessing the guest needs then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Breakdown, clean & set up table, buffets, & food stations.
• Preparation of all condiments and garnish items for the following day.
• Keep track of daily hygiene requirements like temperature logs, proper food handling, & proper food storage.
• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware ensuring all are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain Club Lounge kitchen and storage areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Assist with outlet par levels for daily food & nonalcoholic beverages.

What you bring:

• Minimum 1 year Luxury Hotel Experience and 1 year in a Food & Beverage Outlet.
• Experience catering to high expectation guests.
• Ability to balance a tray up to 40lbs.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Required: Liquor Card & Tuberculosis Clearance.
