Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum one year of experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Person-Centered Planning, Self-Determination, and community-based supports.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Valid Michigan Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee ICLS, and Life Skills services including staff assignments.
• Coordinate referrals, intakes, and discharges for participants.
• Develop and maintain activity calendars and community integration opportunities.
• Collaborate with agencies to enhance community integration opportunities for participants.
• Ensuring services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organization and individuals served within the community.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and support team members to ensure services align with participant goals and needs.
• Support Human Resources on recruitment efforts, interviews, and hiring recommendations.
• Dependable, professional, and adaptable.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
