Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will provide compassionate support in clients' homes, help with activities, and assist them in engaging with the community to grow personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule. Weekly pay and a virtual interview process are offered to streamline hiring.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Help clients participate in community activities to reach personal goals.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
