Job summary

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will work in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities.

You will also bring them into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside of their home environment. We offer full and part-time positions, with benefits and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes and support recipients.
• Assist with skill-building activities and everyday tasks.
• Take recipients into the community to support personal goals.
