Job summary

Talent Connect Protocol is hiring a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer in the Austin area. You will design and scale cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with AWS as a core focus.

You will own automation and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitHub Actions among others. You will drive production reliability, implement observability with Prometheus/Grafana, and secure cloud environments with IAM and secrets management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering experience for production systems.
• Deep AWS expertise with cross-cloud exposure (Azure, GCP).
• Strong IaC, container orchestration, and modern CI/CD experience.
• Automation mindset with Python, Bash, or Go; healthcare/regulatory workload exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with AWS as a core focus.
• Own infrastructure automation and CI/CD workflows using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Ansible, or similar tooling.
• Drive production reliability through monitoring, incident management, SLAs/SLOs, automated rollbacks, and observability tooling such as Prometheus or Grafana.
• Build and maintain secure cloud environments with IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and regulated workload support.
• Support customer deployments and partner with engineering and customer teams on infra, security, and deployment requirements.
