Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Google Workspace Customer Engineer to partner with Sales and differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for our customers. As the primary technical partner, you will engage in technical conversations, troubleshoot roadblocks, and craft cross‑pillar cloud solutions that address business needs.

You will lead proofs‑of‑concepts, demos, and architectural discussions with executives, delivering practical, scalable agentic workplace transformations using Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and develop strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Architect solutions leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate complex workflows.
• Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and third‑party data integrations.
• Recommend enterprise architectures and infrastructure needed to implement complete solutions with best practices.
• Educate partners and drive technology direction for Google Workspace solutions.
