Job summary

Google LLC in Kirkland, WA is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the Google Cloud business. You will build financial models, lead headcount and payroll cost planning, and deliver insights to partners across engineering and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of FP&A, consulting, or related function.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling in a multinational company.
• Experience with programming (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making.
• Drive headcount and payroll cost planning and forecasting for Google Cloud.
• Oversee analytics for Headcount and Payroll at enterprise scale with actionable insights.
• Lead Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycles.
• Support productivity analysis and modeling across GTM and Engineering.
