Job summary

Google is seeking a Cloud Workforce Planning Analyst in Chicago to develop financial models and drive headcount and payroll cost planning. You will partner with multiple functions to provide analytical insights for strategic decisions related to Google Cloud

The role requires FP&A experience, strong modeling skills, and proficiency in SQL to manage enterprise-scale data and reporting. A commitment to accurate forecasting and data-driven decisions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• 4 years of FP&A, consulting, or related function experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• Programming experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive headcount and payroll cost planning and forecasting at scale.
• Oversee analytics and provide guidance to business partners.
• Lead planning cycles like LRP and AOP with timelines and templates.
• Support productivity analysis and evaluate AI efficiency gains.
