Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of FP&A, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience executing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling in a multinational setting.
• Experience with programming (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to underpin planning and decision-making.
• Drive Headcount and Payroll cost planning and forecasting with cross-functional partnership.
• Oversee central analytics and provide insights for Headcount and Payroll at enterprise scale.
• Lead Long Range Planning (LRP) and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with timelines and templates.
• Support productivity analysis and modeling across GTM and Engineering to optimize talent distribution.
