Qualifications

• Minimum five years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, VMware, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with automation tools: PowerShell, Python, Ansible.
• Certifications like, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure for scalability and security.
• Oversee VMware ESXi, vCenter, and related virtualization components.
• Configure VMs, templates, clusters, and storage, including the design and implementation of VDI/AVD.
• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server OS, AD, and Group Policy.
• Collaborate with engineers, admins, and developers to optimize systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation in ServiceNow.
• Ensure uptime and performance through cross-team collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
