Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks engineers to design, develop, and operate the world’s largest cloud infrastructure for US government agencies.

You will help expand EC2 for government customers, integrating systems in Agile/DevOps environments and solving complex problems with scalable solutions. You will join a team of talented engineers, contributing to tooling, automation, and reliability while maintaining TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or relevant certifications.
• Experience with at least one modern programming language.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Experience automating development, test, and operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify ways to improve tools, processes, and documentation across AWS GovCloud regions.
• Develop and operate large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure.
• Implement automation to reduce toil and improve reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to drive improvements and learn site reliability practices.
