Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking engineers to design, develop, and operate the world’s largest cloud infrastructure for government customers.

You will work on EC2 expansion for the US Intelligence Community, integrating systems with Agile and DevOps practices, and maintaining high-security, scalable services across GovCloud regions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of programming experience in modern languages, strong Linux skills, and a desire to automate complex operations.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Experience with at least one modern language: C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell or Ruby.
• 1+ years of Linux/Unix experience.
• Experience automating and simplifying DevOps processes.

Aufgaben

• Identify ways to improve tools, processes, and documentation for customers.
• Develop and operate large EC2 compute services for GovCloud and regional AWS sites.
• Collaborate with systems developers and engineers across isolated AWS regions.
• Learn site reliability engineering fundamentals and reduce toil with automation.
