George J. Priester Aviation is seeking a System Administrator to manage cloud-based identities, devices, and security across Windows, macOS, and iPad environments.

The role involves hands-on administration of Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, Exchange Online, and Meraki, with remote and onsite support for a fast-paced aviation setting. Applicants should have 5+ years in ticketing and IT service management, along with MDM experience (MaaS360/Jamf) and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with ticketing systems.
• At least 3 years’ experience with MDM for iPads (MaaS360 or Jamf).
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, Exchange Online.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS troubleshooting.
• On-call availability weekly rotation.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests in Freshservice.
• Provide end-user support for Windows 11, macOS, and iPad devices.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deploy and manage Windows devices using Intune/Autopilot and configure security baselines.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
