Job summary

George J. Priester Aviation is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage cloud-based identity, device provisioning, and endpoint security in a 100% cloud environment.

You will support Windows, macOS, and iPad devices, administer Intune/Autopilot and Exchange Online, and maintain the Meraki network, while delivering excellent on-site and remote user support. The role requires 5+ years in IT, strong ticketing and ITIL practices, and the ability to work on-call.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ticketing systems.
• 3+ years of experience with MDM for iPads (MaaS360 or Jamf).
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, Exchange Online.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS troubleshooting.
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, WLAN).

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Provide end-user support for Windows/macOS/iPad devices.
• Manage identities, MFA, SSO, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Deploy and manage Windows devices with Intune/Autopilot.
• Support Meraki networking environment and Tier 2 helpdesk.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
