Job summary

Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc. in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain a secure, reliable cloud-first environment.

You will manage Microsoft 365, endpoint configuration, networks, and security while serving as the escalation point for IT support and supporting audit evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. The role requires strong technical skills, collaboration with teams, and occasional travel to company locations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, identity and endpoint management, and networking.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Experience with cloud-managed networking is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a cloud-first Microsoft environment.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft role-based or CompTIA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, security, and reliability of our technology systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment including identity, email, and collaboration services.
• Manage user lifecycles, access permissions, and privileged role reviews.
• Deploy and manage endpoint configuration, compliance, and deployment for devices.
• Maintain networks, firewalls, internet, and DNS hosting across locations.
• Monitor health and security alerts; drive remediation.
• Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance and audit evidence.
