Job summary

George J. Priester Aviation in Wheeling, IL seeks a System Administrator to manage a 100% cloud environment with Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, and Exchange Online. You will handle end-user support, device provisioning, and MDM for iPads, while collaborating with MSSP for security.

The role requires strong ticketing experience, ability to work onsite in a fast-paced aviation setting, and effective communication with users and teams. Meraki networking and on-call rotation are part of the duties.

Qualifications

Mandatory: 5+ years with ticketing systems.
Mandatory: 3+ years of MDM for iPads (MaaS360/Jamf).
Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft Cloud are preferred.
Hands-on: Microsoft Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, Exchange Online.
Proficient in Windows 11 and macOS troubleshooting.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with ITIL-based processes and service management.

Responsibilities

Triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents within SLA using Freshservice.
Provide end-user support for Windows, macOS, and iPad devices, onsite and remote.
Manage identity with Entra ID; support MFA, SSO, password resets.
Deploy devices with Intune/Autopilot; configure compliance policies.
Enroll and manage iPads via MaaS360/Jamf; apply policies and remote actions.
Support Meraki networking; troubleshoot LAN/VLAN/WLAN; Tier 2 support.
Maintain OS updates, security baselines, and asset tracking.
Create technical docs; collaborate with engineers and MSP.
