Julie Hagan in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Cloud & Systems Administrator to support and modernize a Microsoft-centric environment. This full-time, onsite role blends traditional infrastructure with cloud transformation to move toward a cloud-first model.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, and security controls while contributing to automation using PowerShell and related tools.

Qualificações

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Understanding of security technologies, identity management, and access controls.
• Hybrid cloud familiarity and cloud migration experience.
• PowerShell scripting or automation experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
• Manage Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related core services.
• Maintain user access, identity management, single sign-on configurations, permissions, and application integrations.
• Expand endpoint administration through Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, compliance policies, app deployment.
• Assist in migrating systems and identity services from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.
• Implement and maintain security controls such as Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication.
• Administer Microsoft Defender security platforms.
• Support system availability through monitoring, backup management, recovery planning.
• Evaluate opportunities to modernize, consolidate, or migrate to cloud-based services.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft administration tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving infrastructure, endpoints, cloud services, applications, and user access.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in change management and disaster recovery processes.
