Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to support our mission-driven Cyber platform team, building and maintaining a cloud-based analytics platform using Kubernetes, Hadoop, and OpenStack. The role requires TS/SCI with poly and hands-on Linux operations in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, on-call responsibilities, and opportunities to work across multiple contract locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in cloud-hybrid environments, systems administration and virtualization.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of core Linux operating system components.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of cloud-based analytic platforms.
• Provide Tier 1–3 infrastructure and system-level issue support.
• Troubleshoot Linux environments and networking.
• Manage RedHat/CentOS provisioning using kickstart.
• Conduct Linux/Unix networking analysis with tools like nmap and tcpdump.
• Assist with DNS administration including hosts files and DHCP.
• Support containerized and distributed platform technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve system performance issues.
• Support on-call operational requirements.
