Job Overview:

SimIS is recruiting for a position contingent upon award. The candidate will join our pre- and post-sales Cloud Success team, focusing on customers across Federal, Higher Education, Healthcare, and State & Local Public Sector. The primary role involves providing both pre- and post-sales support for cloud solutions, including Oracle Cloud PaaS and IaaS, Data Integration Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Observability, Manageability services, and Security technologies like Data Safe and Identity management.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and manage cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategies.
2. Integrate security management and privacy requirements into cloud hardware, software, and applications.
3. Evaluate and recommend optimal cloud solutions.
4. Develop controls and processes using audit tools.
5. Maintain extensive knowledge of cloud products and technologies.
6. Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Contribute to complex project aspects.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of full-time experience with Oracle Order Entry (OE).
• Minimum 8 years of experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• At least 3 years of experience working on Federal Government teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Developing strategic objectives aligned with future requirements.
• Communicating complex technical ideas effectively to diverse audiences.

Skills/Knowledge/Training:

• Certified Cloud Architect (desired).
