Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage a software team inside the GeForce NOW Developer Portal (GDP), supporting internal and external users and building services, tools and UIs for the GeForce NOW ecosystem.

You will guide a diverse engineering team, help shape roadmaps, collaborate with internal partners, influence designs, and clearly communicate progress to stakeholders while coordinating partner support infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related areas (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years designing distributed software systems, including edge and networking services, with 3+ years leading and developing teams of engineers
• Experience building and operating services on AWS (EKS, ECS Fargate, ALB/NLB, WAF, ACM)
• Proficiency in Golang, Java, C, C++, or Rust
• Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration (containerd, CRI-O, Docker), and IaC tooling (Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, GitOps/ArgoCD)
• Experience with real-time streaming systems (WebRTC)
• Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs at scale
• Secrets management, IAM, observability, incident response; cross-functional consensus skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in daily activities
• Partner with internal teams to develop roadmaps, development strategies and processes
• Gather high-level requirements and influence design and implementation of software products
• Present status updates and deep dives to stakeholders and external partners
• Organize, deploy and coordinate partner support activities and infrastructure
