Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to manage a software engineering team within the GeForce NOW Developer Portal (GDP). You will guide engineers, shape roadmaps with internal teams, and influence product design for cloud gaming services and developer tooling.

You will work across AWS, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices to deliver scalable, low-latency services. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and technical excellence in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related areas (or equivalent experience).
8+ years designing and building distributed software systems, with 3+ years leading diverse teams.
Experience operating services on AWS including EKS, ECS Fargate, ALB/NLB, WAF, ACM.
Strong coding ability in Go, Java, C, C++, or Rust.
Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, IaC tooling.
Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs at scale.
Knowledge of secrets management, IAM, observability, and incident response.

Responsibilities

Understand GDP organization and its components and how they support NVIDIA's cloud gaming ecosystem.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in daily activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to define roadmaps and development strategies.
Gather requirements and influence design and implementation of software products.
Present status updates and deep dives to stakeholders and partners.
Organize, deploy and coordinate partner support activities and infrastructure.
