• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on SRE, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep DevOps/SRE mindset and experience managing mission-critical shared services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Cloud Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security; maintain high engineering standards.
• Oversee on-call health, incident response, and automate toil reduction.
• Foster blameless post-mortems and share architectural insights.
• Collaborate with value stream squads to align production needs with governance.
• Communicate a clear squad vision aligned to platform roadmap.
