Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex AWS-based cloud projects in a ProServe setting. You will combine technical credibility with strong program management to ensure customer outcomes align with business goals.

You will drive cross-functional collaborations, manage risks, and mentor teams while upholding AWS Best Practices and security standards. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and a track record of successful enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies.
• 4+ years of IT implementation experience.
• Current, active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS architectures and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and facilitate engineering discussions.
• Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to outcomes.
• Decompose complex problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
