SMX is seeking Cloud Subject Matter Experts (Junior/Mid/Senior) to support secure, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure for the United States Air Force from Colorado Springs. You will collaborate with government personnel, engineers, and developers to design architectures and communicate options across PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification required.
• 4+ years cloud experience for mid-level; more for senior/ SME levels.
• Ability to discuss cloud options across PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS.
• Active Security Clearance: Secret.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, design, and migration of apps to Cloud One platform with security/compliance.
• Demonstrate expertise in hybrid, native, multi-cloud environments.
• Support customers from market research to high-level design considerations.
• Conduct cloud analysis, product building, and presentations for leadership.
• Identify best-in-breed cloud solutions for governance and policy-making.
• Build and analyze use cases and reference architectures.
• Lead technical discussions in customer, partner, and leadership meetings.
