Job summary

DXC Technology Services LLC is seeking a Manager, Solution Architecture to design, develop, and integrate IT and IT-enabled services for external clients, spanning technology, service delivery, and commercial considerations.

As a technical expert and trusted advisor, you will size and cost architected solutions, document them, govern delivery, and align statements of work with technical plans while presenting solutions to clients to build confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, including technical leadership roles.

About the Role

The Manager, Solution Architecture is responsible for the design, development, and integration of IT and IT-enabled services and solutions that address the business needs of external clients, spanning technology, service delivery, and commercial considerations.

In this role, you serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients, helping them understand business and technical challenges and translating those needs into validated requirements and solution scope. As a technical expert, you lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a deep understanding of the capabilities that DXC and its partners provide. You are responsible for sizing and costing architected solutions, documenting them thoroughly, and governing them internally to ensure deliverability. Beyond the technical architecture, you align the commercial aspects of client engagements—including statements of work and project plans with the technical delivery solution, and you present solutions directly to clients, building confidence through your role as a trusted advisor. You also manage and lead architecture projects and teams, ensuring objectives, timelines, and architectural standards are met.

Compensation

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $105,500 - $195,900. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
