Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on executive-level project teams and cloud information systems architecture
• Guide complex cloud and infrastructure problem solving and best practices in emerging technologies
• Act as technical consultant on multiple projects and advise on cloud trends and architectures
• Lead specialized tasks using cloud computing, data centers, and distributed systems
• Coordinate with contract management and government personnel to ensure customer needs are met
• Manage complex, high-risk programs aligned with objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Develop state-of-the-art techniques for designing, developing, modifying, and troubleshooting complex cloud systems
• Design and develop complex cloud architectures and hardware concepts to meet project goals
• Direct resolution of hardware/software interface issues and advise on emerging cloud technologies
• Lead development of network architecture specs, technical docs, and system integration strategies
• Provide technical leadership through development, engineering, integration and testing phases
• Perform assessments and optimize system performance focusing on security, scalability, and cost-efficiency
• Conduct end-to-end system trade analyses to optimize lifecycle operations
• Offer expertise in cloud architecture and large-scale program management
• Demonstrate experience in telecommunications and information systems domains
• Show ability to understand hardware/software integration and system troubleshooting
• Demonstrate awareness of emerging technologies and their impact on cloud architectures
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Exhibit strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
