Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC. is seeking an IP Architecture Subject Matter Expert IV in Alexandria, VA to lead design, engineering, and optimization of complex enterprise networks and information systems for high-risk, mission-critical environments.

You will provide senior technical leadership, governance, and program oversight across the full system lifecycle, including architecture design, integration, testing, and performance optimization, while coordinating with government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; an additional 4 years may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum eight (8) years of directly related experience.
• Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNP (or equivalent) certifications.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME and advisor to executive leadership on complex network, systems, and telecommunications architectures
• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise LAN/WAN, cloud, and integrated system architectures
• Provide technical direction across full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, testing, and performance optimization
• Conduct trade studies and end-to-end system analyses to optimize lifecycle performance and scalability
• Identify and resolve complex hardware/software and network interface issues
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Coordinate with government and contract leadership to define requirements and deliver mission-aligned solutions
• Lead and supervise technical teams, including subordinate managers, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, specifications, and implementation plans
• Support high-risk programs as primary technical authority and consultant
