Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC seeks a LAN/WAN Engineering Subject Matter Expert IV in the Washington, DC area to lead complex network solutions for highly sensitive environments.

You will provide expert analysis, design, and implementation guidance, coordinate with government personnel, and supervise technical staff to deliver secure, reliable communications and network systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent) in an applicable field
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience beyond degree requirements
• Current DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNP (or equivalent) certifications
• Experience in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment desired
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems related to LAN/WAN architectures
• Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams for information systems and network design
• Coordinate with contract management and government personnel to ensure customer needs are met
• Supervise technical staff and establish state-of-the-art techniques for design and troubleshooting of complex computer systems
• Develop network architecture specifications and technical documentation
• Conduct end-to-end system trade analyses to optimize lifecycle performance
