The role drives cloud strategy, governance, security, and operational excellence across the firm’s legal and administrative functions, partnering with Microsoft and MSPs to deliver secure, scalable solutions that enable productivity and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and cloud services.
• At least 5 years in leadership within professional services or legal environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud services (M365, Azure AD, Exchange Online).
• Experience with legal compliance requirements and risk-sensitive deployments.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-400, SC-300, AZ-104, or MS-500 preferred.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cloud services roadmap focused on Microsoft solutions.
• Lead modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native or hybrid environments.
• Oversee cloud security operations with IT security and risk teams.
• Establish cloud governance aligned with ABA, GDPR, HIPAA.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and MSPs on roadmaps and licensing.
• Support legal teams adopting Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive; training programs.
• Ensure high availability, incident response, and documentation/SLAs.
