Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure and cloud services experience with 5+ years in leadership roles in professional services or legal environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud services, including MS 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with legal compliance requirements and risk-sensitive cloud deployments.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-400, SC-300, AZ-104, or MS-500 strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm’s cloud services roadmap with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Lead deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Exchange Online, Defender, and Copilot.
- Establish cloud governance aligned with ABA, GDPR, HIPAA and related standards.
- Oversee security operations, incident response, and prevention in cloud environments.
- Provide training and stakeholder communication to enable adoption of Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
