Job summary

ARM Institute is seeking a Systems & Security Administrator to support security, reliability, and administration of our technology environment. The role focuses on Microsoft security tools (Defender XDR, Purview, Entra ID) and collaboration with the IT team on Intune/Autopilot deployment, cloud-hosted services, Linux systems, and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five or more years of systems administration experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 security technologies.
• Experience managing network infrastructure.
• Experience administering Linux systems.
• Strong troubleshooting of complex systems, infrastructure, and security issues.
• Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain security technologies (Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview, Entra ID).
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Support vulnerability management and secure configurations for ARM’s environment.
• Maintain ARM’s cloud-hosted repositories, Linux systems, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate on Intune/Autopilot deployment and identity management.
• Ensure compliance with CMMC and related standards.
