Job summary

SAIC seeks an Information Systems Assessment and Authorization analyst for the Cloud team to support IT Service Management for USTRANSCOM at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The role focuses on security documentation, risk assessments, and compliance across enclave systems.

The successful candidate will perform high-visibility tasks, maintain System Security Plans, risk assessments, and security controls, while coordinating with ISSMs and other stakeholders in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with a BS in a relevant field.
• DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Must have at least one IAT Level II certification from the listed set.
• Must have at least one CE certification or certificate for Networking or OS (e.g., Splunk, Cisco, McAfee, Windows, Linux, AWS).
• Familiarity with AWS cloud concepts and DevOps practices in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate authorization documentation including System Categorization and Security Plan.
• Support control assessment, reporting, and monitoring using CSAM.
• Create and maintain modification documentation and risk assessments.
• Assist ISSMs with decisions affecting security of systems and networks.
• Facilitate contingency and incident response assessments.
