Job summary

CLS Group is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to provide technical security guidance, design and operations with an emphasis on cloud deployments. You will assess threats, strengthen controls, and deliver measurable improvements across people, process and technology.

Responsibilities include operating SIEM/DLP, conducting risk assessments, supporting 24x7 monitoring, updating procedures and coordinating with vendors. 1–2 years in IT security is preferred, with a strong focus on cloud security.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on IT Security analysis and engineering experience.
• Experience securing systems, networks and infrastructure.
• Interest in intrusion detection, malware analysis, forensics and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IT Security controls related to SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection.
• Conduct IT Security risk assessments for high impact projects.
• Support 24x7 Security Monitoring and Response on a 1/8 rotation.
• Review and update IT Security procedures to mitigate threats.
• Collaborate with third-party IT security vendors and partners.
