Job summary

Deloitte Technology US (DT - US) is seeking a Lead Cloud Security Analyst to bridge cybersecurity expertise with cloud engineering execution. You will be a technical consultant and trusted advisor across teams, delivering secure, scalable solutions and guiding alignment between cyber and infrastructure domains.

The role requires 8+ years in cloud security/cyber and strong leadership with architecture and incident response experience. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and/or infrastructure in large-scale environments.
Willingness to travel ~10% to support embedded team collaboration across domains.

Responsibilities

Lead embedded collaboration across security and infrastructure resources, aligning priorities and advising as project needs evolve.
Provide expert solution architecture support on cloud architecture, micro-segmentation, agent scanning, and delivery strategies.
Perform comprehensive risk reviews for cloud and infrastructure solutions, identifying gaps and remediation opportunities.
Drive continuous alignment with embedded teams to minimize drift and rework, capturing lessons learned.
Mentor peers and communicate risks and priorities to senior stakeholders, translating technical challenges into business guidance.
