Job summary

Deloitte's Cloud Cyber Risk practice in Washington, DC is seeking a Cloud Architect, Manager to lead cloud security strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud.

You will manage workstreams, develop client deliverables, mentor junior practitioners, and contribute to market development while guiding projects to on-time delivery. This role may require travel up to 50% and offers a path to shaping security programs at scale within a global firm.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cloud security, cybersecurity, technology risk, or technology consulting.
• 3+ years of design/assessment/implementation in AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud security architecture, control design, or cloud configuration standards.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-native app protection, CSPM, CWPP, IAM, security monitoring or DevSecOps controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across cloud cyber risk engagements, including assessment, design, implementation and post-implementation activities.
• Design and evaluate cloud security architectures, configuration standards, and risk mitigation across AWS, Azure, GCP and Oracle Cloud.
• Develop client deliverables, including technical assessments, architecture designs, security recommendations, implementation plans, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support the implementation and optimization of cloud security technologies (CWPP, CSPM, IAM, monitoring, DevSecOps).
• Contribute to practice development through solution development, market research, proposal support, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior practitioners.
