Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to mature our cloud infrastructure and security systems at scale. You will design strategy and implement best practices to help build a safer financial system.

You will provide technical guidance on architecture and IAM, leverage IaC and automation, and collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to align security with business goals while enabling rapid product shipping.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cloud security programs and IAM.
• Expert-level knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP.
• Ability to audit security controls in the cloud environment.
• Experience with infrastructure vulnerability testing tools and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance as a cybersecurity expert on architecture, configuration management, and environment design.
• Leverage automation tools, configuration management, and IaC to standardize security across all environments.
• Guide stakeholders such as engineering, product, and leadership and ensure alignment with security strategies.
• Identify and communicate cloud platform vulnerabilities and mitigation options balancing agility with security.
• Drive security improvements in the GCP environment and perform IAM to ensure least privilege.
