Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Security Engineer to bolster the HIOS Platform Team's security posture. You will design, implement, and maintain secure cloud solutions, automate controls, and ensure regulatory compliance in a complex federal production environment.

You will collaborate in an Agile cross-functional team, research security issues, and develop automation scripts for security workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of security experience.
• Experience researching security issues and creating new solutions.
• Experience evaluating risk using monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, SIEM, vulnerabilities).

Responsibilities

• Research security issues and assist in creating new security technology solutions.
• Design and develop scripts to automate security control workflow lifecycle.
• Evaluate overall risk using monitoring systems and tools (Splunk, New Relic, SIEM, etc.).
• Develop and implement security procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Execute client data classifications and security assessments.
• Develop and enforce policies for API keys generation, storage, rotation.
• Manage remediation plans to support risk assessment goals.
• Conduct threat modeling to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
• Follow CMS security, accessibility, documentation, configuration management, and SDLC requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and security knowledge sharing to the team.
